Sleep deprivation and Snoring

Natural creation is such that our body needs an average of 6.8 hours of sleep each night. Deficiency in these is a disorder and needs serious attention. Medical professionals call these as Sleep deprivation. These may arise due to:

a.    Sleep Disorder,

b.    Active Choice or

c.    Deliberate Inducement.

These deprivation disorder will give serious impairments such as physical and mental. That is; they spoil our ability to think, to contain our emotions, to care our stress and keep up a healthy immune system. It is also proved that a total sleep deprivation is fatal. Less adequateness of sleep affects our brain's ability and lead to functional deterioration. Due to this deterioration, concentration levels drop, and memory becomes afflicted. In addition, decision-making abilities are endangered. Brain falls into unwavering thought patterns that make it difficult to generate new problem-solving ideas. Hallucinations also are the result of sleep deprivation. Symptoms of sleep deprivation in adults include: Constant yawning, Grogginess when waking in the morning. Poor concentration and mood changes and so on. Symptoms of sleep deprivation in children are Moodiness and irritability, Temper tantrums, Over-activity and hyperactive behavior, Daytime naps, Grogginess when they wake up in the morning and Reluctance to get out of bed in the morning.

Other typical effects of sleep deprivations are:

1.    Depression,

2.    Heart disease,

3.    Hypertension,

4.    Irritability,

5.    Slower reaction times,

6.    Blurred speech &

7.    Tremors

In medical history, this sleep deprivation is seen coupled with the age. The older we get, the more prone we are, for this disorder. Medical Statistics revealed that over 50% of people above 64 years suffer from these disorders. Menopausal women are the natural target of these disorders. In addition, this disorder upset the sleep of the elderly. Due to this, they often suffer from fatigue and daytime drowsiness.
